Chelsea will be looking to make a number of changes this summer as they will want to forget about the abysmal season they have had. At least one member of the squad could be prepared to leave and has been throwing shade on social media.
Antonio Conte’s future is unclear at Stamford Bridge, despite lifting the FA Cup trophy on Saturday to give him his second piece of silverware in two years with the club and it appears if he were not to leave the club, then Willian could be prepared to.

The Brazil international appeared to take a dig at the Italian on his Instagram page when he posted a photo of the team celebrating their tournament success, covering up the manager with a number of trophy emojis.
Willian has his admirers
It is no secret that the winger has been attracting interest from former boss Jose Mourinho and Manchester United and could have seemingly opened the door for a move to Old Trafford.
Willian has proved to be Chelsea’s most consistent player this season when others have failed, but he has found himself on the fringes in some matches as a rift has been reported between him and Conte.
He has made a number of significant contributions to the team throughout the campaign, with key performances against the likes of Barcelona in the Champions League and also with match-winning displays in the domestic tournament, including their clash with Hull City.
The 29-year-old has started just one match since the FA Cup semi-final win against Southampton almost a month ago, in which he was substituted off and headed straight down the tunnel in frustration.
Willian fuelled talks about a possible departure from Stamford Bridge last week when he conducted an interview with ESPN Brasil, where, when asked about his relationship with Conte and he laughed it off by stating he would tell them in the next interview.
