Atletico Madrid striker Alvaro Morata has admitted that his time with Chelsea was not good. The Spaniard joined the Blues during the summer of 2017 whilst the club was managed by Antonio Conte and was brought in as a replacement for Diego Costa who was deemed surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge during the same summer. The 26-year-old initially started off well at Chelsea but he ultimately failed to score goals on a regular basis and was definitely not suited to leading the line for the club. All in all, he went on to score just 16 goals in the Premier League from 47 appearances for the club.
